Loving this gorgeous & super affordable garment rack. It’s perfect for styling outfits for the week. tote, ballet flats, Adidas sneakers

sigma brushes rock, and I love this copper jar I repurposed from a candle.

Hey there, ladies!  So…things have been nutty over here since we got our new fur baby.  She is such a little nugget and so full of energy and mischief.  As I mentioned on Instagram, my life has been entirely puppy-centric for the past couple of weeks.  I feel so blessed that I’m in a position to help animals in need.  In my heart, I feel that what I do isn’t enough to put a dent in the need for animal rescue but for my little souls… it is everything.   I wish I could save them all!

LIFE UPDATE

In my tiny windows of me time, I’ve been streamlining my life and wardrobe…and… practicing my photography skills.  I’ve been reading How to Be Parisian Wherever You Are which is adorable and funny!  Still drinking my coffee black, still on a diet.  Who isn’t, right!?   I finally migrated over to WordPress and installed Disqus comments so I can respond to all of your comments which I am very exited to do.  I’m currently making plans for a weekend get away with the hubs to celebrate six years of marriage. Woo hoo!  Finally, I have a few wardrobe items I would like to sell.  All very gently used and in great condition.  I’m all ears about recommendations on how to go about doing that on line.  I’ve never done it before and, honestly, I’m a little intimidated by the process.  Suggestions welcome!

CUYANA LOVE

I did pull the trigger on the silk slip dress I’ve had my eye on for a while.  It is stunning on, and I’m so glad made the investment in a piece I will have forever.  I’m still dying for this stunning bag.  Cuyana is on my short list retailers I go to when I’m on the hunt for a piece to add to my wardrobe.  I believe so strongly in Cuyana’s style philosophy and  impeccable quality.  Fewer, Better Things is what it is all about, you guys!

I am quite partial to Essie licorice, but I heard so many great things about this polish! I don’t dislike it, but it isn’t any better than Essie and it is more than twice the price.

this little canvas zip pouch is perfect for packing my underpinnings (I love that word) when I travel. And, I wish my hair came exactly like this every single day. it only looks like this when there is no moisture and no humidity.
