Euro inspired

Hey ladies!  I hope you all had a wonderful Easter, if you celebrate.   If you don’t celebrate,  I hope you had a wonderful day;)

I missed a few posts so this week we are on a Wednesday & Friday schedule.  I got a puppy, the kids are on school vacation, and I had to iron out some technical difficulties on the website here.  Thanks to Phil over at Pipdig, I am back up and running with no issues.  If you are contemplating a refresh for your site, I highly recommend checking out what Pipdig has to offer.  The customer service is phenomenal and they have so many gorgeous and affordable templates to pick from.

Ok…onto the style talk!  I absolutely love  Euro-inspired lace pieces.  By Euro-inspired, I mean delicate and feminine but the vibe is effortless, comfortable, timeless, and easy to wear.   I picked up this dress a few years ago online at Aritzia.  I was immediately drawn to its simplicity, and envisioned it paired with a pair of ballet flatsstrolling the streets of Florence or Paris.   Although, it hasn’t made it to Europe yet, it is quite versatile and easy to dress up or down.  The only downside is that it doesn’t photograph as well as it looks in person.  The tulip skirt and double lining makes it look a little bulky around the hips and waist in photos.  I guess a little bulk from the lining is better than being able to see through it, right!?

I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite lace dresses that have, what I consider, a Euro vibe.  Unfortunately, the dress I’m wearing is no longer available.
